1. Consultation first
Treatments are only carried out following an in-person clinical assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not in the client's best interest.
2. Risks & side effects
All procedures carry potential risks and side effects, which will be fully discussed prior to treatment. By signing the consent form, you confirm your understanding of these risks.
3. Photography
Clinical photographs are taken for the medical record only and will not be shared without your additional explicit consent.
4. Confidentiality
All consent forms are stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy and current data protection law.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time prior to treatment without penalty. Once treatment has commenced, withdrawal may not be clinically possible.
