We respectfully ask that any changes to your appointment are made at least 48 hours in advance.
Notice given
- More than 48 hours: deposit transferred to a new appointment, free of charge.
- 24–48 hours: deposit retained; a new deposit is required to rebook.
- Under 24 hours / no-show: 100% of the treatment fee may be charged.
Late arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation, depending on availability.
Illness
If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible — at our discretion, your deposit may be transferred without charge.
