Complaints Policy

Your satisfaction and safety are paramount. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please let us know so we can put it right.

1. Raising a concern

Please contact us in the first instance by emailing hello@no1trainingacademy.uk with the subject "Complaint". Include your name, contact number, treatment date and details of your concern.

2. Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

3. Investigation

A full response will be issued within 20 working days. We may invite you for a follow-up consultation as part of the investigation.

4. Independent escalation

If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact our governing body or insurance ombudsman. Details available on request.
